I understand that all American Medley tour ticket sales are final, and that no refund, return, or exchange of tickets is possible unless the tour docent failed to provide a tour at the scheduled time. In such case, please request a refund by emailing refundme@americanmedley.org with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why a refund is being requested. Refund requests are subject to approval and do not guarantee that a refund will be received. If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the card used in the original order transaction.
